Here’s a Rave Survival Kit to enjoy from the comfort of your home, 4 tracks of sonic exploration ranging from 1999 to future sounds inspiration on a 303 Bass foundation. Playfully joining the dots between Deep, Nu-Rave, House, Electronic and Tribal elements, this EP reflects on how our brains and our minds adapted to new behaviours in our world since the start of digital age.

Opener ‘After Reality’ packs a heavy 303 bass line and those uplifting smooth M1 keyboard lines together with a Breakbeat combo of squelching tribal percussion section, resonating timbas and a striking hi-pitched slomo sample of a Robin bird. Clear call for all lifted spirits.

Second track ‘Browserhood’ takes us closer to a Techno spirit with powered 909 drums laying a solid canvas for this heady acidic 303 Bass line and echoing Dubby synths.

If you haven’t answered the call yet pick up the phone to the third track ‘Cortical’ playing on a slower Bpm with white noise, 808 Drum sounds and a smooth acid 303 Bass line together with quirky ringing pad sounds.

Closing out this new release ‘DNA Settings’ brings us a heavy tribal percussion sound dancing around a solid kick and another acid 303 Bass line. The tonality here leaves us on an optimistic vibe with these shiny synth stabs and an elevating lead sound throwing our hands in the air.

In order to help raise awareness about mental health issues that are too often neglected, I did redistribute 100% of all 'Log Records' Bandcamp catalog on Friday May 1st 2020 to the Brain & Behaviour Research (BBR) Foundation that funds scientific research to find cures for mental illness. For this EP, it is a 30% share that I'll split for them, and that's forever.
